Merge Users

If two users have been created with the same name (for example, one with login and one without), it may be beneficial to merge them into one user. This is especially useful if scheduling tasks have been assigned to one user and need to be moved to the correct user. With the 'Merge users' function, you can choose which user to keep and assign all activities to, while the other user is deleted.

To do this:

Click on S**ettings** ⚙️
Click on 'Staff'
Click on 'Merge users'



Select the two users you want to merge and click 'Show'
You will now see a summary of the action you are about to perform. Choose which user you want to keep by clicking 'Merge on this user'.
