Introduction to Assignment Overview
In Docendo, you have access to a personal assignment overview where you can see how many hours have been assigned to various tasks, and how many of those hours are scheduled in the schedule for the current school year.
Where to find the assignment overview:
Click on 'Your Schedule'*
Click on 'Assignment Overview'*

Tasks in the assignment overview cannot be edited directly. The names and number of hours come directly from the subjects and their allocated hours. This means that if your assignment overview shows “Art 1st grade” with 30 scheduled hours, this information originates from the 1st grade schedule. In other words, there is an Art subject in 1st grade with an annual frame of 70 hours, and you are listed as the default teacher.

If you change the name or number of hours for that subject, the updates will also appear in your assignment overview. If you remove yourself from the subject, the assignment will also be removed from your assignment overview. Any hours already scheduled with you as the teacher will still appear in the Scheduled column in the assignment overview, while the Assigned column will show "0".
